There’s no easy way to follow Jesus. Does it always “feel good” to follow Him? Nope. Is it always in our best interest (both currently & eternally) to follow Him? Yep. May we learn to say no to the flesh, submit to God’s authority, receive the trials that He allows to refine us, and learn to connect with, depend on, and trust in Him! That’s what it means to “deny ourselves and take up His cross”.
