I have two very big prayer request for July that I truly need and seek God’s divine intervention in with all of His grace and mercy. Please pray for my house- they are replacing the windows throughout the house and I am praying that they will not find any mold or if they do that it will be manageable and the house can still be livable and a safe home.
I also have a tenant that is late paying rent for several months. She has a great job and makes far more than I do but she is only paying minimum payments that often don’t even pay the current rent let alone her back payments. I am in need of the money to pay my bills and she knows this but continues to be delinquent in her payments. I know that the Bible says that suing others is a last request and not God’s will but I am lost on other ways to recoup payment. I have tried to be kind as I know she was struggling when she first moved in but now she is making enough to pay the rent. I have offered her a discount to get her to pay, I have set up payment plans to get her to pay her debt down, and I have forgone about 1000 in late fees to try and help her out. Please Pray that God will lead me in how to handle this with her. I don’t want to sue her but I feel I am out of options.

Please pray for God to lead me in how to handle my tenant not paying the rent. Pray for Him to lead me in the direction He wants me to go to handle it. In all of this I give Him the glory for I know that I am nothing without Him. I ask these things in His holy name- Amen!
